SUJU began as a Miso & Shoyu shop supporting Japanese food culture in Shinshu Komuro in 1827. Now, SUJU operates restaurants extensively in Tokyo (Marunouchi, Roppongi, and Shibuya) and Singapore. SUJU is proud to offer traditional Japanese cuisine featuring Miso, Shoyu, Dashi, and Shinshu Specialties.
We had a New Year’s get-together at SUJU Dining Shin-Marunouchi Building for dinner. It was a delightful time looking at Mt. Fuji, shaded by the sunset.
