The Gokokuji Antiques Market has been held since 2003, but due to venue restrictions, it will close after the event in March 2026.
Gokokuji is a Buddhist temple established by the 5th shogun, Tokugawa Tsunayoshi, who dedicated it to his mother. It survived the air raids during WWII.

The antique fair at Gokokuji Temple is held every month on the 2nd Saturday. 7:00 ~ 15:00. Approximately 50 dealers sell Japanese antiques, including ivory netsuke (miniature carvings used to hang personal items), bento boxes, Kokeshi dolls, and many other items. You will find a big bargain!
